We built the help we wish we'd had

Back then we were two students trying to study in Romania, and the process nearly broke us.

We filled out the wrong forms. We paid for help that never arrived. We lost money to people who promised a lot and then disappeared. We got there in the end, but it took far longer and cost far more than it ever should have.

By the time it was over, we kept coming back to the same thought. No one should have to face this alone.

So we started helping the people around us. A friend would ask, we would help. Nothing formal, just passing on what we had learned.

Then we started hearing more. Students who paid large sums to consultants who disappeared. Families given wrong information about entry requirements. People who lost a full year because of avoidable errors. Overcharging was common. False promises were routine.

In 2019 we decided to build something real. Not just help people in our circle, but create a process that any student could rely on. Honest advice, clear pricing, and strict rules about where your money goes.

So we stayed with it. We learned how each university actually works, not how the brochures describe it. We got to know the admissions offices and the people who handle the paperwork. We worked out which documents matter, the order they are needed in, and the exact points where applications tend to stall. Every student we helped taught us something new, and we built our process around it.

Two people became a small, dedicated team. In 2025 we brought everything we had learned into one online platform, so you can prepare your documents, follow each step, and see exactly where your application stands at any moment.
