How it works

Your journey, step by step

Studying abroad can feel overwhelming. We break it down into a clear, manageable process — and we're with you at every stage.

The process

From first call to first day

Every student's journey is different, but the path follows the same steps.

1
Consultation
We start with a call — phone or video. We review your academic background, discuss your goals, and identify the programs and universities that fit your profile. You leave with a clear picture of what's possible and a concrete plan.
€50 — deducted from your total if you proceed
2
Document preparation
Based on your consultation, we guide you through gathering and preparing every document needed for your university application — diploma, transcripts, birth certificate, passport, language certificates. We tell you exactly what needs to be apostilled, legalised, or translated.
3
Document review
Before anything is submitted, our team conducts a thorough review of your complete document set. We check that everything is correctly prepared, complete, and meets Romanian authority requirements. Nothing goes out until it's right.
€100 — deducted from your total if you proceed
4
University application
We submit your application to the university and manage the Romanian Ministry of Education recognition process on your behalf. This is the most complex stage — we handle all coordination so you don't have to.
5
Visa document preparation
While your application is being processed and you're waiting for your Letter of Acceptance from the Ministry of Education, we don't sit idle. We prepare your student visa file in parallel — proof of funds, accommodation confirmation, medical certificate, police clearance, and everything else required.
6
Visa application
Once your Letter of Acceptance arrives, your visa file is ready to go. We guide you through submitting your student visa application (D/SD type) at the Romanian embassy in your country.
Visa application fee: €120 (non-refundable), paid directly to the embassy
7
Arrive in Romania
You land with everything in place. If you've added our on-arrival support, accommodation is arranged and ready. We help you open a bank account and register your residence permit at the Immigration Office within 90 days of arrival.
