Academic and application data — your educational background, transcripts, diplomas, language certificates, and other documents you share so we can assess and prepare your application.
Identity and immigration documents — passport details, birth certificate, police clearance, and similar documents required for university, visa, and residence-permit processes.
Payment information — records of fees paid. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, and usage data collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

Some of the above (for example, certain health-related visa documents) may constitute special-category data under the GDPR. We process it only where strictly necessary for your application and on an appropriate legal basis, normally your explicit consent.

Universities and the Romanian Ministry of Education, as part of your application.

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Application files are generally retained for the duration of your engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards; accounting records are kept for the period required by Romanian law (currently up to 10 years). After that, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
