3. Scope and limits of our service

We provide professional guidance and administrative support. We are an independent consultancy and are not a university, a government body, or an immigration authority. Accordingly:

• We cannot guarantee admission to any university, the issuance of any visa, or the granting of any residence permit. These decisions are made solely by the relevant universities and authorities.
• Processing times and requirements are set by third parties and may change without notice.
• Our guidance does not constitute legal advice. For formal legal matters you should consult a qualified lawyer.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
• Submit documents and respond to requests within the timeframes we communicate.
• Pay any third-party fees (for example, embassy visa fees, tuition, translation, apostille, or residency-card fees) directly to the relevant body.
• Comply with all applicable laws and the requirements of the universities and authorities involved.

We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or losses caused by inaccurate information, missing documents, or missed deadlines on your side.

5. Fees and payment

Our fees are presented during your consultation and confirmed in writing before work begins. As described on our Services page, the consultation fee (€50) and document review fee (€100) are deducted from your total if you proceed with a full package. Third-party fees are separate and are paid directly by you to the relevant body.

6. Refunds & cancellation

Refund and cancellation conditions are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the fees you have paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts and decisions of universities, authorities, or other third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Romanian law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, and graphics — is owned by ScholarPath or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [city, Romania]. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
